SPATIAL ARITHMETIC (SA) FRAMEWORK – END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. BY DOWNLOADING, CLONING, ACCESSING, OR USING ANY PART OF THE SA FRAMEWORK (INCLUDING THE SSO BLUEPRINTS), YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS EULA.

1. OWNERSHIP AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Spatial Arithmetic (SA) Framework, its original expressive structure, mathematical architecture, formal representation, Structure, Sequence and Organization (SSO), and documented implementation expression are the sole intellectual property of the author, Trần Bửu Long (Rach Gia, Kien Giang (An Giang), Vietnam). These works are protected by international copyright laws and treaties.

2. GRANT OF LICENSE
Academic & Personal Use: You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the SA Framework for non-commercial, academic, and personal research purposes only, under the terms of the CC BY 4.0 license. Attribution to Trần Bửu Long is mandatory.
Commercial Use Prohibited: Any commercial or industrial application, including but not limited to incorporating SA’s logic, Structure, Sequence and Organization (SSO) into software, hardware, AI models, or proprietary algorithms for profit, is STRICTLY PROHIBITED without a separate, written Commercial License Agreement signed by the author.

3. RESTRICTIONS
You shall not:

• Decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to derive or replicate the distinctive expressive structure, arrangement, and formal organization of the SA Framework to create competing commercial products without authorization.
• Remove or obscure any copyright notices, DOI badges, or priority statements from the materials.
• Claim novelty or file for patents on any technology derived from the foundational principles disclosed in this framework (refer to the Prior Art Notice).

4. NO WARRANTY (DISCLAIMER)
THE SA FRAMEWORK IS PROVIDED “AS IS”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE USE OF THESE THEORETICAL CONCEPTS IN REAL-WORLD APPLICATIONS. THE USER ASSUMES ALL RISKS.

5. TERMINATION
This license shall terminate automatically and immediately if you fail to comply with any of its terms or conditions, without prior notice.
Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use, access, reproduction, distribution, and commercialization of the SA Framework and any associated SSO materials.
You must destroy or permanently delete all copies in your possession or control, including any derivative works, implementations, trained models, datasets, or systems incorporating the SA Framework.
Termination shall not relieve you of any legal liability for violations occurring prior to termination.
The author reserves the right to request written certification of compliance, including reasonable proof of deletion and cessation of use.

6. GOVERNING LAW
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and international treaties on Intellectual Property. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent authorities in Vietnam.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & LICENSING CLARIFICATION

1) Content License: The textual, descriptive, and illustrative content of this document/repository is licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0). This allows for the sharing and adaptation of the information herein, provided appropriate credit is given.

2) Structure, Sequence and Organization (SSO) Reservation: The license (CC BY 4.0) does not extend to any functional implementation, algorithms, or the specific Structure, Sequence and Organization (SSO) of the Spatial Arithmetic (SA) framework.

3) Commercial Restriction: Any integration of the SA framework into commercial software, hardware, or AI training models constitutes a use of the author’s proprietary Software Architecture and Methodology. Such use is NOT authorized under CC BY 4.0 and requires a separate, explicit Commercial License from the Author.

4) Patent & Trade Secret Notice: The structure, sequence and organization of SA are treated as proprietary intellectual assets. Unauthorized commercial exploitation will be considered an infringement of the author’s fundamental rights over the technological innovation itself.

All previous versions are hereby expressly superseded and legally nullified.
Any reliance on earlier versions for technical, legal, or commercial purposes is invalid and must cease immediately.
Continued use of prior terms shall be deemed unauthorized and a violation of the author’s intellectual property rights.
